Shipping and Returns

 

 

Shipping:

At Crest Vanities we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. We can ship anywhere in the contiguous United States (except Hawaii and Alaska). We'll provide you with the carrier's name and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Depending on your location, delivery generally takes between 2-12 days. The carrier will reach out to you directly by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Please arrange for someone who is at least 18 years of age at the address to inspect and sign to receive the order.

Returns and Refunds:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that all items are in their original, new condition, and packaged within the original pallet (for LTL shipments).  

Please note, a refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and inspected thoroughly. If the item is found to be in good condition, a refund will be promptly processed. 

Customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping, unless the item(s) were damaged during transit by our carrier and the carrier delivery receipt was noted as “DAMAGED”. If a delivery date with our carrier isn't scheduled within an appropriate timeframe, this will be treated as a return. We highly recommend insuring all return shipments. Any returns received in a damaged state will be refused and returned to the sender. 

Please be aware that any refused shipments (except in cases of damaged merchandise), will be treated as returns. Restocking fees may be applicable. 

Otherwise, there is a 25% restock fee for all vanity returns and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your balance and a refund will be issued after we receive the return. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your purchase order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Order Cancelation:

If you request to cancel your order before it's processed and shipped, we'll refund your payment in full. Once your item has been picked up from our distribution center by the freight carrier, it's considered shipped. If your item has already shipped, any cancellation will be considered a “return”.
